Mindful Metrics is an EU-first survey and experience-research platform. This policy explains what data we handle, where it lives, and the rights you have. It is written to be read, not to hide behind jargon.
Who we are
Mindful Metrics provides survey building, distribution, and analysis software. We act as the data processor for the response data you collect through the platform, and as the data controller for the account details of the people who build surveys.

What this website collects
This website sets no tracking or analytics cookies. We do not run advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party analytics on these marketing pages.
Our servers keep standard technical logs — such as IP address and request time — for security and reliability. These are not used to profile you or to build an advertising audience.
Data you submit as a customer, and where it lives
When you build surveys and collect responses, that data is processed and stored in the European Union — specifically in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). It does not leave the EU.
You remain in control of the survey content you create and the responses it gathers. We process it to provide the service to you, and do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Respondent data and anonymity
Respondents do not need an account to answer a survey. By default we do not ask them to identify themselves; a response carries only the answers given plus the minimal technical metadata needed to prevent abuse.
If you, as the survey creator, choose to collect identifying information in your own questions, you are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it.
Your GDPR rights, and how to exercise them
If you are in the EU or EEA you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the address at the foot of this page. Where we process response data on your behalf, requests from respondents are routed to the survey creator who controls that data.
Data retention and deletion
You control retention and deletion per survey. Deleting a survey or an individual response removes it from the live system. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
